Dance-Nic raises awareness of Sexual Assault

The Strategic Grant-Writing
and Fund-Raising class (CAS 492) held its first-ever Dance-Nic (dance
and picnic) last Wednesday. The event was designed to raise awareness
of sexual assault on campus and the work that the MSU Sexual Assault
Crisis Intervention team does to help victims. (Click
here for more information.) Members of
the State Swing Society ultimately persuaded some students to join
them in learning how to swing dance. The event was held at the top
of the parking structure behind Comm Arts.
