Who made the first move? Mike

How they spend their couple time: Movie nights, baking way too many brownies and getting lots of ice cream. They have a nice dinner at least once a week—usually at Olive Garden or Ruby Tuesdays—and lots of ice cream dates.

Shared interests: Music and concerts, athletics and being fashionable

Favorite memory as a couple: A trip to Lake Michigan for Annette’s 17th birthday during which Mike ended up getting sunburned because Annette "doesn't know how to put on sunscreen."

Struggles they’ve faced as a couple: They broke up for 20 days because “Mike goes through phases where he is 100 percent retarded.” And Annette is still in high school so they have that working against them.

Valentine’s Day plans: Mike is picking Annette up and taking her out to a fancy dinner. (We can’t reveal the rest!)

Favorite things about the other:
Mike: She has the most amazing eyes. Only her heart outshines them.
Annette: He treats me like a princess at all times and always tries to come up with things so I am having fun.

Nicest thing the other has done:
Mike: Annette knows The Doors are my favorite band, so for Valentine’s Day she hunted the countryside to find me The Doors’ first and last albums ON VINYL! I knew at that moment she was a keeper. Haha.
Annette: For my 17th birthday Mike took off work and took me on an all day trip to Lake Michigan just so I could lie out on an amazing beach. He took me to breakfast, lunch, and dinner and we even got ice cream! Best day ever!

Long-term plans:
Mike: Since we have broken up before, I know how crappy it is to wake up every morning without her in my life so I know I will never let that happen again. We are still really young but I don’t really imagine us ever leaving each other.

Celebrity couple they are most like:
Mike: Think of Nick and Jessica (prior to their break-up) on Newlyweds, that’s how in love we are.
